Today i'b reviewing Hip Hop Skin Care Waxing Strips !! I got these in my last haul from UrbanTouch, you can check them out here

How to Use
● Warm double sided strip between palms.
● Slowly peel apart, use one strip at a time.
● Place on the area to be waxed, press it over & zip back against the direction of hair growth.
● Do Not pull the strip in an upward motion (towards hair growth)
● Wipe off with After depil Towelette to remove traces of wax.

Enough of the details now i'd tell you my experience :-
  • The wax strip is really good and affordable, these are best to be kept for emergency uses lol :D
  • The strip is kind of "plasticky" that you'll hate the feeling you would get while you rub it against your skin to warm it a bit.
  • One major problem with the strips is , when you rub it between your palms (i sometimes rubbed them with a woolen cloth) to heat them, and once you start pulling the two strips apart, the wax from either of the strip gets transferred onto the other strip, that ways you are only left with one strip to wax with 
  • I will say its best to be used on smaller regions, like your underarms , don't even think about doing your legs.
  • The tissue/wipe provided along is good, they come soaked in a mixture of oils (mentioned on the pack) which have very nice mild fragrance, and using them after waxing made my skin soft and smooth.




Overall i'm happy that i purchased them, they are not a  bad pick at all. The only thing is that atleast i won't use it for the larger areas except for the underarms. Trust me i had never ever done my underarms myself, but i could do with these very nicely, that too in one go

    hey girl.. i really liked reading your posts.. and loved ur blog.. Even i am very much in love with trying new stuff.. will suggest u to try the VEET wax strips.. its also very good and come in 3 different skin types. i m using for sensitive skin

    will never use Hip Hop facial waxing stripes again. I am very careful when waxing my face. I have usedthe veet stripes and on my face and had good results. But every time I use Hip Hop my skin gets burnt and this leaves ugly scars. I had mailed the company who promised to look into the issue but I did not hear from them. I have used these stripes on 3 occasions with the same painful and ugly result.
