Fab Experience With StyleCraze & NYX Eyeshadow base Teaser

Hi all !!
You must be thinking that why do i have to share my StyleCraze shopping experience with you all, that too when i have shopped with them many times now. Its because i now i have a point to prove that Yes, we have trusted to people to work with and they will ensure that they have happy and satisfied customers.

By now, even you all must have shopped from StyleCraze, and i'm sure you are satisfied. So i'm not gonna go by posting the snapshots and explaining each and every tab of the website (products/brands) etc, i'm going to keep it straight and simple 

My Story :- I have successfully shopped with them a lot many times, continuing it I recently ordered Nyx Eyeshadow base from the ongoing nyx sale on Stylecraze (on Monday), and opted for the online payment. After the transaction i was headed back to the website, and to my horror the website displayed a message "YOUR TRANSACTION WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL- PLEASE TRY AGAIN". I mean literally i was panicked (anyone would,because we still aren't used to online shopping and payment) , because no matter even if a smaller part of your hard earned money goes down the drain, you still feel bad. But no i mailed Sangram immediately and also included the snapshots of the "failed transaction window" and a part of my bank acc.statement. 

Within no time, i got a  reply from Sangram, and he authorized the payment, and i was assured that ok now i just have to wait for the parcel to arrive. He also told that the failure message is some technical glitch, and they're working on it. Today i received my package, i'm super duper extra satisfied happy customer 

Sounds like a customer's fairy tale   . Oh and yes apart from the regular payment options (cards, netbanking, cod options) they now take COD options for i guess almost all pin addresses, and call the customer to confirm the order.

    its a nice pearly e/s base.. the white part goes off nude while the "pearly" shimmers stay on the lid .. /:) it will also look good if used for highlighting . .. :P would review it soon :AR!
