Hi all !!
Today i'd be reviewing Streax Hair Potion. First of all i haven't seen any Streax hair product on any online website, except Streax Hair colors. My sis is over at my place, and i found this in her bag lol, since then i've been using this. Lets see how it fairs..

Price : INR 135/-
Quantity : 100ml
Shelf life : 3yrs

I have used Livon Hair potion, which was also good, but  i somehow got tired of it. Since this was a new hair potion that caught my eye, i will obviously compare it with the Livon hair potion as almost everyone has used it.

Ingredients :-

The packaging is definitely good, sturdy transparent plastic body, with flip cap. It is travel friendly too. Has details on the back of the bottle.

Price :-

Claims :-
Hair Detangler & Moisturizer with almond oil. Has Vitamin-E, fortified with UV Block. Non-sticky

The texture of the potion is very potion like  I use a coin size amount, and it is enough for my hairs. Unlike Livon hair potion, this one seemed a bit 'oily' or say 'sticky'. The major problem i had with it was that it didn't de-tangled my hairs  being a hair detangler, anyone would expect the product to work on the major claim the product makes !! Hushh..... but anyways it still makes my hair manageable and soft, only the hair detangling thing is bad. Once it is applied, you may feel that you've applied some kind of oil, even the coin size amount on your palm does feels like oil. After your hairs are dry, you don't get that feeling. I can't seem how to prove the UV block claim.

What i like about Streax hair potion ?
  • Extremely affordable, and good quantity
  • Nice fragrance.
  • Makes hair manageable and soft.

What i don't like about Streax Hair Potion ?
  • Its texture is somewhere between light to sticky, it feels oily.
  • Despite oily feeling, it Doesn't makes your hair oily.
  • Doesn't detangles my hair properly

For me its an ok-ok product. The good thing is i didn't bought it  it belongs to my sis, and i have been able to test it

Have you ever used Streax Hair potion ?? Whats your favorite Hair potion ?

Godbless !!

Hi all !!
Ani from Make u up (Ani) has tagged me in a post, where we are supposed to answer a few questions asked by the person who tags you
Following are the rules :-
  • Put the rules on your blog.
  • Every person who is tagged in this activity should tell 11 things about themselves, then answer the questions asked by the person who tagged you, then tag 11 other people and ask them 11 different questions.
  • Let the people whom you tagged know you've done so.
  • Don't tag anyone who's been tagged before.
  • Really do tag 11 others; don't go all ''if you want to take this tag''.

Here Are 11 things about me :-
  • I love ancient things, and always watch some random programs about ancient Egypt, or India or any other place on Discovery Channel.
  • Even though i love travelling, i somehow hesitate to travel. Guess i'm too lazy to make up my mind for anything
  • I'm a shopaholic inside, and before indulging too much in makeup, i used to spend a lot on footwear.
  • Coming to footwear's, i once had 25pairs of footwear (shoes, chappals, sandals, blah blah blah)
  • Omg its such a pain to think about some random stuff about myself ---> i'm so lazy
  • I'm a food lover, and keep getting cravings about specific food items mostly at night.
  • Makeup was always a part of my soul, like a talent, which me and my family supported from the very beginning, and it reminds me that i should thank my parents for not being orthodox strict at any point, but being so supportive to let me enhance my talent.
  • I fear heights, while travelling in Mountains, i always thought that the driver is going to make a mistake and we'd die falling off the cliff.
  • I have an obsession for any eye makeup products, but mostly Eyeshadows
  • I've always wished for a fairy tale, and guess everything is going on like a fairy tale --- >, with my prince charming still missing.
  • I love Uncle Chips, "Bole Mere Lips,I Love Uncle Chips" lol  Read about it more here

Now my answers to Ani's Questions :-
1. What do you mean by make up ?
= Makeup to me has always been an art, a reason to explore my creativity.
2. What is your favourite make up stuff?
= All Eye Products
3. Have you counted how many make up stuff you have?
= Not really, never counted, don't want to shock myself
4. Who inspired you in make up?
= No one, i inspired myself to start on with this art. If you must have seen my tutorial on WiseShe, then you must have got an idea that i easily get inspired by anything.
      5. What is your fav make up brand?
= MAC ofcourse, i spent almost 8K on my first MAC purchase last year, which was the most priciest shopping i ever did all by myself. Other than MAC, i've always loved Maybelline.
      6. what do you want  - reasonable drugstore brands or pricey brands?
= I want both, i.e. reasonable drugstore brands with good quality, whereas i don't  mind spending my hard-earned money on high-end brands which are way too superior when it comes to quality. I really want some good drugstore brands to launch in India.
     7. Did you make up any other person and felt satisfied?
= Yes, many of my friends have asked me, and i've done their makeup. Both, me and my friends have felt satisfied, but it has left them asking for more that they wait for occasions to get their  makeup done by me.
     8. Nail art or one shade on nail?
= I'm a nail art new born baby, haven't experimented much, so for me just a wash of color on nails
     9. Do you stay in make up at home?
     = Depends
    10. Which make up stuff is indispensable for you?
     = I can't live without lip gloss.
    11. What is your 2012 make up wishlist?
= Inglot !! I want to buy inglot majorly, for rest i'd want to get more MAC, and if possible then Illamasqua.

I'm going a bit opposite than the traditional rules of this Tag-O-Mania, i'm not going to tag my fellow bloggers, simple because they all have been tagged before, and i'm probably the last person doing this. Secondly i'm too lazy to think about the questions  So i'm sorry for being a rebel, but thats ok

But i want to know a few things about my readers, so please take in some time to answer my questions :-
  • Are you a blogger ? Leave me a link if i haven't visited you before, i would love to visit your blog
  • What do you think about Makeup My Passion ??
  • Do you want me to organize another giveaway when my blog turns 1yr.old this july ?
  • In what order you love : Lipsticks , Eyeshadows , Blush , Foundation ?
Hope you had fun time reading this post, and hope i didn't bored you all   Thanks for reading, and oh yes 8 days left for the giveaway to end !! Send in your entry

Hi girls...today I am going to do a post about the Accessories which I won in a giveaway hosted by Krupa Matti in Allaboutladies blog.
As I’ve participated in a giveaway for the 1st time I was not expecting that I’ll won. But to my surprise I won the giveaway and got some beautiful accessories. These were from Max, Globus sent to me by the host Krupa.

It was my last exam (which was not very gud L) and when I returned home the parcel was in front of me. I was so excited and happy that I forgot everything and opened the parcel. I got earrings, clutcher and a neckpiece made of pearls with a detachable brooch. J Big thanks to Ms. Krupa. J

Here is my prize:-

The neck piece was bit long than my neck so I decided to do some experiment with it. I dissembled the neck piece and made a small neckpiece of my neck size and two bracelets out of it.

Here are they:-

I cut the thread and used its nylon thread for making the same neckpiece. After deciding its length I put a lock which I can open and close to put the neckpiece. J
And to make the bracelets I broke my old bracelets (which I never liked :-/) and used their strings for my new pearls bracelets. J

In this way I recycled my old jewellery and got a beautiful neck piece apt for my neck and two very beautiful bracelets. It took hardly an hour for the whole procedure.
Big thanks to Krupa again for the beautiful prize. J

I’ll come up with some product reviews soon..till then Cya...and God Bless... J

Hey Girlzz..!!!(Welcome to the Girls World)
This is Richa Bhatia and Here is my First entry for the Giveaway...

Want to know which face wash  I've been using first thing in the morning and last thing before I head to bed each night? Yes it’s from good ol’ Ponds!

I’ve been consistently using the Flawless White face wash in my daily Cleansing routine since 2009. , I’ve found that this products work with great harmony to keep my skin clean, fresh and radiant looking.
Flawless White face wash comes in a tube with a pretty pink plastic top. This is possibly the prettiest looking face wash packaging in its price range and is travel friendly too.  You know the cream in a tub you used as a kid? Yeah, exactly that! Face wash is cream based and white in color with minute pink exfoliating beads

There are minute granules that remove dead cells and ensure a cleaner skin The face after the wash is definitely cleaner and fresher. Additionally, the dry feeling that usually accompanies such face washes is absent here.

Ingredients: Myristic Acid, water, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Potassium Hydroxide, Stearic Acid/ Palmitic Acid, Glycol Distearate, Lauric acid, Decyl Glucoside, Glyceryl Stearate, Polyethylene, DMDM Hydantoin/lopopropynyl Butycarbamate, Niacinamide, Tocopheryl Acetate, Parfum

Price: Rs.175
Quantity: 100gms
Shelf life:2 years

What the company claims:
Pond's Flawless White Deep Whitening Facial Foam brightens up skin visibly, as it cleanses and refreshes. Especially the VAO-B3 complex helps to give a naturally flawless radiant skin. It leaves the skin soft, smooth and sparkling clean and rids skin of dirt, oil & darkness causing impurities. It conditions the skin, so the moisturizer can work better.

Usage:
Splash face with water and apply face wash on face and neck. Rinse off. Pat dry. If face wash gets into your eyes, rinse well with water.

Performance:
This  face wash is awsum....It totally made a difference to my complexion. After the very first wash i found  a noticeable difference in my complexion, and after about a month my friends began to find a lotta diff too.
And trust me I do feel a change, even if minutely and not radically. And I’m using it from past 3 years...

What I like about Ponds Flawless white face wash:

  • My skin felt smoother the very next day and days after that every morning.
  • VAO-B3 complex gives a naturally flawless radiant skin.
  • A very small quantity is enough to wash off the dirt from your face, it will last long.
  • My skin looked brighter, and healthy. While the "whitening" claims remains still.
  • It also helps in removing tan caused due to excessive sun exposure.
  • Rids skin of dirt, oil & darkness causing impurities.

What I  don’t like about Ponds Flawless white face wash:

  • The pack is priced at Rs.175 for 100 gm which is a little expensive.
  • You still need facial cleaning from your derma for whiteheads and blackheads extractions. I have large pores and if I continue not to visit the derma, pimples may start to form from the blocked pores.
  •  Not suitable for too much dry skin..

Will I recommend this?
Yes! This is a great product for those with oily (and even combination) skin.

Hope it’s helpful.
Cheers!
