I initially wanted a white or flesh toned eyeshadow base that nyx has, but it was not in stock then, so i purchased this one only  The packaging is a small plastic pot, which is transparent and has a white lid. 

Claims :-

Okay this eyeshadow base is a strict no if you want it to act like famous jumbo eye pencil in milk, because it won't provide a white base, even if it looks white in pot. Upon application, the whiteness vanishes and all you're left with is shimmer or say pearl part. So basically it provides a shimmer base, rather than something which could provide a base for dull eyeshadows to look bright. 

Blending the base is extremely effortless, as it glides on and blends easily, and that ways the white part gets absorbed and a thin veil of pearl is left. It also has fragrance, which is ok, but i wonder why is an eye product supposed to have fragrance in it 

Since i have oily lids, the product did manage to stay on my lids for 3-4 hrs, but started creasing afterwards. The 'pearl' reflects back light, and sometimes might look like sweat if you decide to wear it alone.  Whereas it doesn't brightens up dull eyeshadows which need a primer or a base below. So if you're looking out for a eyeshadow base to work out with your dull eyeshadows, then i won't suggest you to buy this. On the other hand, if you want to work with your matte eyeshadows to work up with a jazzy shimmery/pearly look, then you can get it as it would help you out with to some extent.

This is what i have experienced with this eyeshadow base, i have used this eyeshadow base here and here. Next i want to try Nyx jumbo eye pencil in milk, their eyeshadow base in skin or white, and other eyeshadow bases too.
