Hi all !!
Today i will be reviewing Loreal Paris Fall repair anti-hair fall shampoo. A couple of months ago, i was facing severe hair fall problem. They were everywhere, just like they show in the advertisements.. on pillow cover, in bathroom, on floor and ugghhh it was soo soooo depressing. But yea nevertheless, i bought this shampoo thinking it might help me.. and it did help with the hair fall problem.. Read on the review to know more.

I finished this shampoo like, 2months ago, so sorry for the delayed review  and currently i'm on my 3rd bottle (and that too is about to get finish)

Claims :-

Price : INR 135/-
Quantity : 200ml
Shelf life : 3yrs

Ingredients :-

The packaging is really good and eye catching. Apart from the sturdy packing, what i love is striking colors used ; black bottle with hot pink details !! So chic

The shampoo is pearly white in color, the consistency is good, and dilutes really well. The fragrance is really good, something similar to all the shampoos belonging to Loreal Paris (it is similar to the loreal shampoos i've reviewed in past, read their quick review here). The only problem i have is that it dries around the mouth of the cap, and its soo messy.

As far as hair fall is concerned, it started showing results in less than 2 weeks, and the results were really good. Less hair fall, and shiny and healthy hair. Also the shampoo alone is good, that you can skip using a conditioner (this coming from me means a lot, since i'm one of those person who has to use conditioner in order to tame the hairs)

I really wanted to try the other stuff from this range, but since may hair fall is controlled now i'll be following up with Parachute advansed scalp therapie hair oil .

These are the empty bottles !!!

I'd really recommend it to all who are facing hair fall issues, totally worth it, its affordable, does what it says and is incredibly awesome !!

Have you tried L'oreal Paris Fall Repair Anti-Hair Fall Shampoo ??

Godbless !!

Hi all !!
Today i will be reviewing Vivel Purifying Face Wash for Pimple control. Few months ago i started having mild acne, and that lead me to get all sorts of face washes/packs and other stuff that could help me get rid of it. But yes, finally i had to go to derma and get proper medication, and fortunately my skin is very well now..

Lets go onto the review part quickly..

Price : INR 105/- (approx.)
Quantity : 100ml

Claims :-

Ingredients :-

The packaging is tube like, and has a green flip top cap. On the back of the tube, there are enough details. The packing basically practical, and the size is enough that you can carry it around in your purse.

The face wash is clear and the consistency is somewhere between thick and runny. It lathers well, but gives a slimy feeling on the face, and you'll spend more time to remove it. The fragrance on the other hand is really refreshing, something like green apples and citrusy (perfect for summer). It didn't really help in controlling or removing the pimples

It didn't really did anything good to me, although the fragrance is really good, but that doesn't makes me to buy it again.

Have you tried this face wash ??

Godbless !

Hi all !!
Today i will be reviewing Pears Pure & Gentle Shower gel. We all know this brand very well, and i'm sure almost everyone has used Pears soap at least once in.

A little information about the brand ..
"Pears transparent soap is a brand of soap first produced and sold in 1789 by Andrew Pears at a factory just off Oxford Street in LondonEngland. It was the world's first transparent (actually translucent) soap. Under the stewardship of Thomas J. Barratt, A. & F. Pears Ltd. company initiated a number of innovations in sales and marketing. According to Unilever records, Pears Soap was the world's first registered brand and is therefore the world's oldest continuously existing brand."
Source : Wikipedia

I love love love pears soap, preferably one of the oldest soap that i have used again and again since childhood, therefore my love for shower gels and Pears made me bought this shower gel. Lets see how fair it is..

Claims :-
The secret of soft, innocent-looking skin over several generations is now in your hands. Pears pure and gentle is 100% soap-free and formulated with specially chosen ingredients to take care of your skin in a way that you love, a mild and gentle way. Come, let the goodness of Glycerin care for your skin like it has for millions of happy complexions around the world.

Price : INR 125/-
Quantity : 250ml
Shelf life : 2years

Ingredients :-

The packaging of this shower gel is huge, and almost like the pears soap, just that it has this hook thing on top so that it can be hanged on. The packing is really sturdy and strong, transparent body, and a black flip top cap that is on the bottom of the bottle. On the back of the bottle there are all the details mentioned
.

The shower gel is almost transparent like the pears soap, in fact this is the liquid form of the same (minus the traditional fragrance of the soap version). I was expecting the fragrance to be same as that of the soap, because i simply love it, but the shower gel has a different fragrance which is subtle and goes away in some time. The texture is runny gel like, and lathers up really well. If used by 1 person, the bottle will go for a long time, preferably maybe more than 2months (depends on the usage too).

The only problem i've faced is that its bit difficult to get rid of, it leaves a slimy feeling on skin (maybe cause its meant to provide moisturization ), or it maybe because of the water type i have here. But that makes me spend some more time in shower to get rid of that feeling. If you have dry skin, you'll certainly need a moisturizer later.

All in all its an ok-ish shower gel for me, nothing fabulous, but it could have been, at least i would had rated it if it had that fragrance which i was looking forward for.

Have you used Pears Pure & gentle shower gel ??

Godbless !!

This is the review of the L’oreal Paris Fall Repair Anti-Hair Fall Tonic Leave In. This range also consists of the Shampoo and the Conditioner which I haven’t yet purchased and tried.

What the Company Claims : Intensive anti-hair fall treatmentto nourish your hair. It contains the highest concentration of Arginine which nourishes the hair bulb, restructures the hair fibre, reduces breakage and makes hair grow stronger.

Price : 249INR for 90ml
Availability : Available at online sites and general beauty stores/chemists.
Expiry : 30months from Pkg
Directions : Part your hair with nozzle while applying the tonic on roots. For a full head application, use one dose according to scale. Gently massage the scalp with your fingers to activate the micro-circulation. Do not rinse.

My experience : I love the packaging. Its so convenient and stylish. It has a nozzle applicator which is so cute and handy in applying the tonic directly to the roots. The bottle is stunning black in color with a fuchsia nozzle cover. The tonic is runny and clear in color,  Smells amazing and I mean amazing. Gives a cooling sensation to the scalp as soon as you apply it. Since the texture is watery, it gets absorbed easily and there is no greasy feeling whatsoever. I massage it into the scalp and leave it for about 5 mins after which I comb my hair with a wide toothed comb. The smell lingers for a short while only, wish it stayed on for a longer period. The tonic does seem to work because ever since I have started using this I have observed less hairfall. But I cant give the whole credit to just this tonic since I have been overall maintaining my hair for a while now with proper diet and everything. But yes, the thought of putting on a tonic that reduces hairfall is comforting.

Pros-
  • Easy to use nozzle applicator.
  • Stylish bottle.
  • Inexpensive.
  • Lovely fragrance.
  • No greasy feeling at all.
  • Easily available.

Cons-
  • None.

Conclusion: I like the smell and the comforting thought of a tonic in my hair. Might repurchase again just because I like L’oreal products and I am yet to find a reasonable hair tonic.

Directions : Once or twice a day, after cleansing, use your fingertips to smooth Regenerist regenerating Serum evenly onto your face and neck. It can be used alone, or under moisturiser or make-up.

My experience : The product comes in a stylish grey coloured pump bottle, with a plastic case covering over the top. The serum is light grey in colour. It’s not runny at all and kind of like a semi-liquid lotion. The serum is extremely light weight and spreads on to the skin like velvet. The feeling is similar to the face primers that we use. I have been using this product for a couple of months now and I think it's a wonderful moisturizer. It hydrates and gives my skin a moisturized, velvety feel...it's a "great feel"! I love to apply this moisturizer before applying my makeup. It goes on so easily after this serum. The serum is absolutely non-greasy and the smell is extremely mild. I have no wrinkles so can’t really comment on that, but yes my skin tone has evened out and my skin looks more fresh and radiant with its regular use.

Pros-
  • Gives a velvet finish.
  • Easy To Use.
  • Improves Skin Texture.
  • Non-Greasy.
  • Noticeable results

Cons-
  • Expensive.

Conclusion : I love this serum. It leaves my skin extremely soft and velvety. The only con is the price tag. But for the effect it gives , I wouldn’t mind paying extra. All in all a wonderful product for the skin.
