Review : MyFace Cosmetics MyMix Foundation

Hi all !!

Today i'll be reviewing a foundation from MyFace Cosmetics, that is Mymix Foundation. To be honest my first foundation is from MAC, but i have used it hardly twice, because i feel it builds up too much. But ever since i've got this foundation, i have used it on almost all occasions or even casually.. Read on to know what makes it better...

I personally like the packaging, its sleek and perfect for travelling too. Its a sturdy plastic tube/bottle , and has a tiny nozzle opening, which makes it perfect to get the right amount of foundation. 

Now the shade medium 02, is specially made for olive or yellow undertones, and for the skin that tans easily. This shade is not too orange/yellow or too pink, its just apt for olive and yellow skin tones. It was easy for me to go for this shade, as they have enough shades to cater to a variety of skin tones. This foundation is a little runny in texture, but wait.. only 2-3 drops cover up my entire face for that natural look. This foundation is light weight, and blends easily, without making me look overdone. And because it is light weight, it can be used for full coverage too. The best thing about this foundation is that it doesn't leaves white cast on my face. Recently i also used this foundation on one of my friend for her birthday party, and she's like 10times fairer than me, but to my surprise it suited her to the T !! It didn't make her look dark (if you compare her complexion with me, i am dark  and she's like way too fair than me ). So i'm actually happy with the foundation , that not only suits me but it also suited her. Staying power is good, i normally wear makeup for like max 6hrs, and it doesn't gets patchy or doesn't make certain areas on my face look ashy.But by the end of the day, my skin looks dewy.

I Think that the shade medium 02 will suit most of the Indian skin tones, but ofcourse there are 3 shades in MED/DARK and FAIR shades too. This is my everyday foundation, and i love its subtle fragrance too !

Final verdict :-

An expensive product but definitely worth it if you get your right shade !! For combination skin, there's no requirement of moisturizer, but for dry skin you definitely need a moisturizer beneath. A light-weight, blendable & buildable foundation that covers up skin's flaws to quite an extent, perfect for natural coverage, no whitecast.
