"Hi everyone ! This is my first post for my blog ..and i was thinking about some inspiration !! I was inspired by the dark blue and grey skies..."
I used some shades of blue and green to come up with this look. All the eyeshadows in this look are a bit shimmery and give that pearlscent look.
- Use a sticky base on the eyelid first to adhere the eyeshadows better. I used a blue colored eyeliner stick. (This is an optional part : if you have oily lids don't use a creamy base such as eyeliner sticks because doing so will make the eyeshadows crease, instead use a primer or eyeshadow base).
- Then apply a light blue toned eyeshadow all over the eyelid and blend it using either a brush or a blending brush, if you have one.
- On the outer crease area (where your eye connects on the outer side) apply a more dark shade of blue ( i applied dark navy blue color). Don't use too much, use smaller amount and try to blend it in as much you can , again using either your fingers or blending brush.
- Optional part :- Just above the crease area ( where you applied dark blue shadow) you can take a small amount of black eyeshadow or a grey/charcoal colored to darken a bit and blend it with the dark blue shadow.
- Use an eyeliner stick to line your eyes close to lashes and then smudge it using a smudge brush or your finger.
- After that use a waterproof eyeliner and draw a straight winged line along your lashes
- Fill in your waterline with a kohl pencil ( you can even use generic gel eyeliner etc)
- To add a bit drama, use false lashes ( again an option for a lot of people who can wear this look)
