Hey
everyone.....today I’m going to review a product from a very well known brand
Deborah.
This
is the only product which I bought from this brand and then I also gifted it to
my friend, and Upasana too has it (she won it in wiseshe giveaway).
I
bought this blush from www.healthkart.com.
It is also available on other websites like www.urbantouch.com,
www.medplusbeauty.com.
My
friend’s birthday was on the way and she was wishing for makeup (this blush to
be precies) on her birthday so I thought of giving this blush as birthday gift.
She was really pleased to get this as a birthday gift, it feels really very
good when you do something for your friends and they appreciate your effort.
This
blush is Rosa Pesca in shade (Shade no. 46), and its a very appealing peach
based blush, with pink tones, and looks different on everyone, on my friend it
looks more peach. Also it has very fine sheen to it, and it looks natural on me
with a slight dewy finish (maybe because of tiny shimmers).
Here
is its look :-
This blush comes in black container with transparent lid. This blush is a baked blush, and a dome shape. The texture of the blush is very fine and smooth, in fact the blush is very finely milled, and consequently no fallouts.
Other available shades are:- Cocao 12, shade 24, shade 52 and shade 58. (Source urbantouch.com)
This
blush also contains a small brush which is fixed at its back. It was very hard
to take out the brush, and more over the brush is not of very good quality, so
it s a waste because the brush’s bristles are too short, and don’t cover much
cheek space.
Experience:-
After
using Maybelline mousse blush I can say I have ok ok experience with this blush
(because i have dry skin, oily skin girls might like it)
This
blush is easier to apply as compare to Maybelline mouse blush
Speaking
of its texture, I liked Deborah’s texture. It is easy to apply and very easy to
blend unlike the soufflé texture of Maybelline mousse blush.
This
blush shade looks different on different skin tone, kind of universal
flattering shade, which I liked a lot.
This
blush gives sheer look to cheeks and highlights the cheek bones too.
Here
is its swatch:-
Pros:-
- The blush is of very good quality and comes from a well known brand.
- It is easy to apply because of its texture.
- It blends very easily because of super fine texture.
- Nicely pigmented, and can be used as per requirement.
- It has very good lasting power, probably 5-6hrs on my skin (dry).
- It has enough quantity, which will last really long.
- It is very pretty shade and one can use it every day.
Cons:-
- It is expensive.
- Brush is almost a waste.
- Its quantity and ingredients are not mentioned.
I managed to find the ingredients
from healthkart.com and here are they-
Talc,
Mica, Phenoxyethanol, Glyceryl Ethylhexanoate/Stearate/Adipate, Dehydroacetic
Acid, Lauroyl Lysine, Dimethicone, Zea Mays, Octyldodecyl Stearoyl Stearate,
