When you can feel smell
of the damp wet ground, fresh new leaves
on the trees…etc etc u know IT'S MONSOON
TIME …YIPPEEEE….
After summer, the
Monsoon comes as a relief, But with all the joyous moments, it comes with a lot
of Health, Skin & Hair Problems and here u cant apply 5 Problem One
Solution formula.
Monsoon is the time for
germs and bacteria to thrive in unhygienic conditions. During the rains, there
is a high amount of humidity in the atmosphere due to which we face many
Problems, But with a little care
and forethought you can enjoy this beautiful, Romantic, Sexy season
:-

Food & Drinks :-
- Skip eating outside. I know hot mommos, pakoras, spring roll etc etc may be very tempting during the season but they contain many bacteria which can lead u to digestion problem, Food poisoning etc.
- Even don’t drink water outside. Keep a classy water bottle
in your bag
.
- Frequent power cuts, a common occurrence during monsoons could spoil food in the refrigerator easily, exposing it to bacteria. As far as possible, ensure that you eat fresh food, prepare it in small quantities so that you do not need to store it in the refrigerator for very long.
Tips :-
- If you are having cold and cough, boil water with dry ginger for immediate relief.
- To Treat Viral Fever Boil tulsi (holy basil), ginger and honey and drink the juice.
Skin :- Monsoon
brings humidity and its bad news for all type of skins :
- Dry Skin :- During the monsoons, your skin tends to get drier and dehydrated. Use a cream based cleanser to keep your skin hydrated and an alcohol-free toner to keep it moisturized.
- Oily Skin :- The skin tends to get oilier and eventually lead to breakouts." Use a light-weight moisturizer after bath. Scrub your face twice in a week to remove dirt. Note: Limit washing your face to two or three times a day as too much washing will stimulate your skin to produce more oil.
- Combination Skin :- The dry area requires gentle cleansing( cream based cleanser) and regular moisturizing. The oily part needs to be deeply cleansed and toned with regular scrubbing
Tips:-
- Include vitamin E (Almonds, Peanuts, Cooked Taro Root & Spinach) in your diet. These nutrients are rich in oils and will keep your skin nourished. It is advisable to take vitamin C (PAPAYA,ORANGES, STRAWBERRY) during the monsoons to boost your resistance against diseases.
- In case you derive any skin infections, boil neem leaves in water and take a bath with it.

Hair :- You may thank the rain
Gods for driving away summer heat but your hair may not! Rain makes your hair
frizzy, scalp greasy and result in hair fall. They often make your hair limp
and lifeless.
Tips:-
- A hot oil massage 2 hours before shampoo is recommended. Keep your hair clean. NOTE : Do not leave oil on your hair for too long in rainy season !
- Avoid using hair accessories like scarf/ stole because lack of air circulation result into sweating. Use Umbrella instead.
- Shampoo and condition your hair regularly to keep your hair n scalp clean. Use MILD Shampoo & always dilute the shampoo .Never apply it directly.
- Use a wide toothed comb for combing your hair during monsoons, as it will not pull on hair ends like a brush, thus preventing breakage and will also help get rid of the tangles and knots easily.
- Hair coloring or straightening is not a good idea for the season as it takes very long to wash your hair and dry, stay as natural as possible.

Whether It’s Summer,
Spring, Winter, Monsoon We girls no one wants to compromise on style. So here
are some tips for Monsoon Style:-
- Ditch your denims this season and Wear Printed shorts, skirts and capris.
- Choose
darker colors like black, brown and blue, red. So if the rain decide to play,
you don't have to be in an awkward situation
Footwear
:- Very few option for rain boots are available in India. So we can choose
those Jelly Chappals in BOLD colors .
Accessories:-
I wont prefer flaunting my metal jwell, leather Bags during monsoon as humid
weather can damage them. Carry Funky Transparent Bags.
Raincoats:-
Personally I dnt like wearing them at all as it ruins all your efforts of
dressing up. Go for Transparent Rain coats. Even Umbrellas with polka dots are
IN
Hair
Style :-
- Braid it.
- HAIR Buns.
- Side Ponytails
